Designing, building and training for state-of-the-art issues management and future
forecasting systems, to serve as in-house "early warning systems" for emerging change;

Preparing customized reports, briefing papers and presentations on issues with the
potential to impact clients' organizations, industries, markets, workplaces or legislative
agendas in the next 2 to 20 years;

Developing scenario-based programs to energize clients' thinking about -- and planning
for -- a spectrum of alternative futures;

Providing assistance with and facilitation for strategic planning, helping clients to better
incorporate the future into their operational and long-range planning;

Designing and conducting workshops and briefings for senior leaders and staff to
stimulate creative thinking about emerging change and the future of their organizations;

Preparing comprehensive environmental scans and competitive intelligence
assessments analyzing critical issues in the external environment;

Conducting focus groups and Delphi analyses of organizational stakeholders, including
employees, community members, customers and members of allied industries, in order
to plumb "external" viewpoints on strategic issues important to the organization;

Working with senior leaders and staff to develop strategies to take advantage of -- or
circumvent -- emerging threats and opportunities, internal and external to the
organization.
